    **Banner Health** , one of the country's leading nonprofit healthcare networks, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Eaton, Colorado. Build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment.

    Position Highlights:

    + Full-time, outpatient| MondayFriday, 7 AM 5 PM | No nights, weekends, or call

    + Provide care for all ages: pediatrics through geriatrics

    + Perform routine procedures: physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services

    + Manage chronic conditions and preventative care

    + Access to continuing education and professional development

    Requirements:

    + Current NP or PA license with DEA and prescriptive authority

    + Family Medicine experience preferred (new graduates welcome)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Salary: $117,500 $137,500 (based on experience)

    + Annual performance bonus and sign-on bonus
