    PeaceHealth is seeking a **full-time Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)** with an interest in **geriatric medicine** to join our **Senior Health & Wellness Center (SHWC)** team at **Barger Clinic** . This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care for older adults and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life for seniors.

    About the Senior Health & Wellness Center

     

    The SHWC is an **outpatient geriatrics clinic** providing **primary and consultative care** for adults aged 65 and older. Nurse practitioners serve as **primary care providers and consultants** to meet the needs of an expanding older adult population.

    Requirements

    + NP Board Certification (AGNP, ANP, GNP, or FNP) or PA Certification (NCCPA)

    + Oregon NP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing)

    + Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire
