    We are seeking a **full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to join our collaborative and compassionate team at the **Riverbend Medical Pavilion Primary Care Clinic** in **Springfield, Oregon** . This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive, multi-specialty environment.

    About the Role

    + Provide primary care services for patients of all ages in a team-based setting.

    + Work closely with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and integrated care team members.

    + **First Year Salary Guarantee: $130,000.00 (based on 1.0 FTE)**

    Requirements

    + **Required:** Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)

    + **Required:** Oregon ARNP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing)

    + Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire
