    PeaceHealth is hiring an **Ambulatory Imaging Supervisor** for **Longview Radiology in Kelso, Washington** —a role designed for leaders who want more than a job. While you’ll start by overseeing imaging services in Kelso, you’ll also play a key role in shaping operations across multiple clinics in Southwest Washington—from Vancouver to Kelso and beyond. As new sites launch, your leadership influence will grow, potentially opening doors to other leadership roles within one of the region’s most respected healthcare organizations.

    What You’ll Do: A Blend of Clinical Expertise and Leadership

    + **Stay Hands-On:** Perform high-quality CT, X-ray, and/or MRI scans 1–2 days per week.

    + **Lead Multi-Modality Teams** : Supervise technologists across MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound.

    + **Drive Expansion:** Partner in planning and launching future imaging sites—your ideas will shape the future.

    + **Mentor and Develop:** Build a strong, engaged team through coaching and performance management.

    + **Ensure Excellence:** Oversee workflow, quality standards, and compliance across multiple locations.

    + **Extend Your Leadership Reach:** Travel between Southwest Washington clinic locations to provide on-site guidance and support.

    Required Qualifications

    We're looking for a passionate leader who is ready to **grow with us.**

     

    + **Education:** Associate of Science in Radiology, or an equivalent healthcare degree.

    + **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of related experience as a licensed technologist, including at least 2 years of progressive leadership experience. This may include formal supervisory roles, lead technologist positions, or extensive experience in project management, staff training, and mentorship.

    + **Credentials:**

    + Washington State Radiology Technologist License

    + Required: ARRT-R-CT certification and/or ARRT-R-MR certification

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

    + Must be licensed and certified in all modalities you will perform.
