Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our St. Louis, Mo Team!

Job Duties:

+ 5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday.

+ Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

+ Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service.

+ Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays.

+ Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment.

+ Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions

+ Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary when the main office is closed

+ Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager

Requirements

+ Excellent attendance and punctuality

+ Prior scheduling experience preferred

+ Multi-tasker a must

+ Great phone etiquette

+ Must be organized

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Will train the right candidate!
