Director of Nursing – Hospice Services

Full Time | Monday–Friday | St. Louis Region

Pay Range: $80,000–$110,000

What You’ll Do

+ Lead, coordinate, and oversee all hospice patient services

+ Support, supervise, and develop clinical staff

+ Conduct chart audits and ensure compliance

+ Identify and evaluate patient needs

+ Maintain accurate clinical records

+ Assist in onboarding and training new staff

+ Provide in-home visits when needed

+ Manage medical supplies and uphold regulatory standards

What You Bring

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Active Missouri RN license

+ Minimum 2 years of hospice experience

+ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

+ Knowledge of business management, government regulations, and CHAP standards

+ Ability to engage with clients and the community

+ Confidence, positivity, professionalism, and a heart for service
