PDS Tech Commercial is seeking motivated Production Operators ready to step into a high-impact role with long-term potential. This is a temp-to-perm role designed to give you training, growth, and a pathway into a stable, long-term career.
What You Will Do
You will operate and maintain advanced production equipment used to manufacture credit and debit cards for major financial institutions. Every shift brings new challenges, and you’ll be trained to expertly adjust machines, verify accuracy, and keep production flowing smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials match job specifications
• Adapt quickly as production demands shift
• Cross-train across multiple machines to expand your skill set
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace
• Work closely with a team focused on accuracy and operational excellence
This is not a basic machine-tending role—your mechanical skill, decision-making, and attention to detail directly impact production success.
What You Bring
• 1+ year operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment
• OR a mix of technical training, manufacturing experience, or military experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Lamination or collation machine experience
• Experience in plastic card production or secure manufacturing
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently
Shifts Available
Both shifts offer stable schedules with overtime opportunities.
2nd Shift Options:
• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift Options:
• Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Candidates must be flexible for overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for the majority of each shift
• Ability to bend, reach overhead, kneel, climb, twist, and perform repetitive motion
Hiring Requirements
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screen

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
