As Director, Global Mobility - Tax, Immigration, and Policy, you will develop, define, and implement all aspects of our global mobility framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering a best-in-class Associate experience.
In this role, you will act as an advisor to leadership, drive governance and risk management, and oversee vendor partnerships as well as manage the evaluation, development, implementation, and execution of all cross-border movements, including long and short-term assignments, extended business travelers, commuter assignments, and remote workers.

What you’ll do:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
+ Partner with Sr. Director of Global Mobility, HR, Compensation, and Payroll to deliver integrated mobility solutions that support business needs.
+ Define and execute ADP’s global mobility tax and immigration strategy aligned with business objectives and talent development goals.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on compliance risks, cost implications, and workforce planning.
+ Influence global policy decisions and ensure integration with ADP’s HCM and payroll platforms.
+ Oversee global tax compliance, including tax equalization, balance sheets, accruals, FX implications, and year-end reporting.
+ Ensure timely and accurate global tax filings and settlements in partnership with Finance and Payroll.
+ Lead immigration team, ensuring compliant and efficient processing of work authorizations and visas across multiple jurisdictions.
+ Own global mobility policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with ADP’s talent strategy and competitive positioning.
+ Drive global policy rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives based on metrics and industry benchmarks.
+ Manage governance and risk processes for tax, immigration, payroll, and permanent establishment exposure.
+ Educate HRBPs on mobility programs through data-driven insights and best practices.
+ Ensure seamless coordination of payroll and compensation for cross-border transactions.
+ Oversee global mobility cost projections and partner with Finance on accruals.
+ Monitor vendor performance and ensure service excellence and cost efficiency.
+ Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on mobility processes and compliance requirements.
+ Manage and develop the global mobility and immigration team, fostering engagement, knowledge transfer, and high performance.
**Experience.** You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role, including 5+ years of people leader experience.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, with deep expertise in tax, immigration, and policy governance.
+ 5+ years leading a team, managing a vendor network, and negotiating complex contracts.
+ Proven ability to design and implement global mobility policies in a Fortune 100 or multi-national organization.
+ Strong knowledge of expatriate compensation strategies, tax equalization, global payroll processes, and immigration compliance.
+ Strong technical and data analysis skills, including KPI tracking and reporting.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Proficient in mobility technology (AssignmentPro, Equus).
+ You’ll have a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent.

+ PMP, CPA, CTA, or GMS certification

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $98,000.00 - USD $198,800.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
