ADP is seeking a Divisional Vice President, Global Sales Transformation and Growth.
The **DVP, Global Sales Transformation and Growth** is a senior strategic leader responsible for fueling top-line growth and driving commercial performance across ADP’s Global Sales organization. Reporting to the President of Global Sales, this role works closely with the SVP of Worldwide Commercial Operations, the Sales CFO, the Head of HR, and the Head of Sales Strategy. It accelerates high-impact strategic projects, ensuring accountability while uncovering growth and cost-saving opportunities in partnership with Strategy, Operations, and senior leaders.
This leader will serve as a catalyst for translating ADP’s strategic vision into measurable sales impact. They will identify emerging opportunities across markets, channels, and client segments, while simplifying sales processes, elevating capabilities, and embedding a culture of performance and growth globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growth Strategy & Acceleration
+ Develop and execute **global growth strategies** that unlock new markets, channels, and client segments.
+ Partner with regional and functional leaders to align **go-to-market priorities** and ensure global execution excellence.
+ Identify high-potential opportunities for cross-sell, new business expansion, and pipeline acceleration.
Sales Productivity & Performance
+ Drive productivity and change management in partnership with Sales SVPs, ensuring accountability for delivery of high-impact projects
+ Collaborate with the SVP of WW Commercial Operations and Sales CFO to drive **productivity and profitability improvements** across regions.
+ Lead initiatives that optimize **sales structure, coverage models, and segmentation strategies.**
+ Use data and analytics to identify trends, predict performance outcomes, and inform investment decisions.
Commercial Enablement & Execution
+ Lead in-year execution and program management of strategic sales initiatives while identifying and scoping future growth and cost-optimization opportunities
+ Partner with the Head of HR and Head of Sales Strategy to ensure the **sales organization has the talent, tools, and capabilities** needed to win.
+ Oversee enablement programs that elevate seller readiness, digital adoption, and sales effectiveness.
+ Ensure consistent and measurable execution discipline through dashboards, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Transformation
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the President of Global Sales—bringing clarity, structure, and acceleration to strategic priorities.
+ Lead with influence across a matrixed, global environment to drive alignment and adoption.
+ Foster a **high-performance culture** rooted in growth mindset, accountability, and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ 15+ years of experience in **global sales leadership, transformation, or commercial strategy** roles.
+ Proven ability to drive measurable growth through go-to-market redesign and execution.
+ Expertise in sales process optimization, enablement, and analytics.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence.
+ Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services preferred.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $247,600.00 - USD $414,600.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
