Quality Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
+ Understand and follow all company rules and regulations.
+ Generate and issue certification to customers including supporting alternate organizational locations, as necessary.
+ Scan and archive all issued customer certification copies into the operational database.
+ Expedites, follows up and provides updates on all in process manufacturing work orders.
+ Schedules pick-ups and deliveries of manufacturing work orders.
+ Complete special projects for Quality Manager and/or designee as required.
Education/Credentials:
+ High School education (or in-house training will be provided)
+ Understanding of English with good grammar skills
+ Intermediate typing proficiency, basic computer knowledge
+ Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
+ Good communication skills, written and verbal required
+ Ability to multitask when the need arises
+ Good organizational skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Position: In Person, Full-time
Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
Hourly Rate: $19.00-21.00 (depending upon experience)
