Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Executive Desktop Support to join their team. As an Executive Desktop Support, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting high-profile executive users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Executive Desktop Support

**Location:** Irving, TX

What's the Job?

+ Provide professional software and hardware support to end-users in a fast-paced banking environment

+ Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements

+ Support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and antivirus technologies

+ Manage service-related issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution

+ Assist with data backup, recovery, and device reimaging both remotely and on-site

What's Needed?

+ 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting

+ Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams and Outlook

+ Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications

+ Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

+ Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
