Our client, **MilliporeSigma** , is seeking a **Laboratory Technician I (Laboratory Operations)** to join their team. As a **Laboratory Technician I** , you will be part of the **Manufacturing / Production Laboratory Operations Department** , supporting **Production, Quality Control, and cross-functional support teams such as Logistics and Maintenance** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **the ability to multitask and prioritize** , and **clear and effective communication skills** , which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

$20.00/hour + 7% shift differential

What’s the Job?

+ Perform entry-level manufacturing and production laboratory functions

+ Synthesize, purify, and process oligonucleotides using various lab platforms

+ Prepare reagents, raw materials, and production batches per specifications

+ Perform liquid handling, labeling, kitting, and product preparation

+ Follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and quality compliance

What’s Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of laboratory experience (or 2-year degree with 6 months experience)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize

+ Basic laboratory skills with willingness to learn multiple processes

+ Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation

+ Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications
