• 1st Shift Quality Technician $18 per hour

    Our client,in Greenville, Ohio is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a quality technician you will be part of the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Quality Technican

     

    Pay Range: $18 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections using visual checks and precision tools to verify dimestions and appearance.

    + Track and measure parts through production and maintain detailed inspection logs.

    + Perform process audits: verify machine parameters, material usage, operator adherence to procedures.

    + Follow control plans and standard operating procedures for ongoing production runs.

    + Maintain quality records, inspection data, scrap reports, RMA logs, and present statistical quality data to management.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Strong experience using precision measuring devices

    + Ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and understand quality documentation

    + Ability to stand and walk frequently, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
