• Machine Operator

    Our client, a manufacturing facility is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, have machine operating experience, and be dependable, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Experienced Machine Operator

     

    Pay: $18hr + $1 shift differential for night shift

     

    Two Shifts Available: 7a-7p & 7p-7a (yearly calendar provided reflecting every other weekend)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate molding machines and associated equipment efficiently.

    + Set up and troubleshoot equipment and processes.

    + Perform material handling and assist with mold changes.

    + Conduct quality checks, maintain production records, and complete system logs.

    + Assist with machine start-ups and shut-downs.

    + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

    + Follow quality procedures and safety policies.

    + Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to GMP and Global Food Safety Practices.

    + Perform other job-related duties as assigned.1

    Qualifications

    + Experience in a similar role, factory environment, or as a craftsman.

    + Experience in the plastics industry is a plus but not required.

    + Familiarity with hand tools.

    + Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
