We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead marketing for our C-store and Top Chains business—one-third of our $1B Foodservice portfolio. In this role, you’ll shape marketing strategies, set goals, and drive go-to-market execution, all aligned with our mission to be the fastest-growing global food company. What You Will Do: • Directs the marketing efforts through assembling, leading, and managing the channel management team to maximize the sales and profitability. • In partnership with the product team, directs the development of the long-term portfolio vision and innovation plans. • Identifies market trends, competitive threats, and customer strategies to grow sales and market share • Develops and executes the analytics required for strategic category and customer plans • Makes recommendations for pricing and promotion strategies • Maintains a strong working relationship with the Sales organization, leading development of our customer targeting work, insight development and innovation planning with current and new customers • Leads, mentors, and develops direct reports while collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to build a best-in-class marketing organization. • Develops marketing budget as part of overall business unit budget. What We Look For: • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10+ years of Marketing leadership experience ideally in the Food Service industry • Innovation and Commercialization leadership involving market trends, competitive threats, and customer strategies • Inspire the organization to create leverage and establish cross-function and cross-department synergies. What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $132,750 – $221,250 annually, with eligibility for a 30% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
