    Job Description

    BE A PART OF HISTORY, AND JOIN US AT THE #1 RESORT IN THE MID-ATLANTIC

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure all kettles are cleaned when shift begins.

    + Wash all pits and pans and store neatly.

    + All food stains, smoke stain, etc. must be removed before storage takes place.

    + Floor and trashcans must stay clean.

    + Keep the workspace clear.

    + All counters must be cleaned at the end of the shift.

    + Meet all cleaning and sanitation requirements.

    + Load dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed.

    + Make sure that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly.

    + Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times.

    + Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized.

    + Sweep and mop kitchen as needed.

    + Clean walls as needed.

    HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

    + Assist culinary staff with any needs

    MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.

    + Assist in other departments as needed

    + Attend monthly departmental meetings

    Qualifications

    + Experience working with chemicals.
