Clinic Support Supervisor - Boulder Valley Pulmonology Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $23.58 - $35.36 an hour - Full-Time Days, 40 hours per week Boulder Community Health is seeking a Clinic Support Supervisor for Boulder Valley Pulmonology to provide general supervision of front office staff as well as performing the functions of a Clinic Receptionist. Boulder Valley Pulmonology specializes in advanced care for respiratory health, offering expert diagnosis and treatment for conditions affecting the lungs and respiratory system. Responsibilities •Responsible for work assignment and daily operations of front office staff. •Performs annual Service Excellence Evaluation for all support staff. •Performs 90-day competency based orientation for all new/transfer staff. •Performs essential functions of a medical receptionist. •Supervises front office staff and ensures office systems run efficiently and effectively. •Maintains support staff work schedule. •Trains and orients front office personnel. •Provides director with input regarding staff performance for evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions. •Ensures adequate staffing to cover for vacations and illnesses. •Resolves problems/conflict and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
