    As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families.     + Execute workforce management to ensureagenuinecustomer focus on the sales floor

    Qualities** **we’d** **love in a candidate:

    + A positive and solutions-oriented mindset

    + Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills

    + Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement skills

    + Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)

    + Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience

    + A high school diploma or GED

    You can:

    + Lift40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing,and pulling

    + Standor walk forextended periodsof time; climb up and down a ladder

    + Provideavailabilitythatmay include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
