Aftermarket Support Representative - Parts

Responsibilities

+ Provide solutions via phone and e-mail to inquiries regarding parts and distribution to Company Dealer Network.

+ Utilize multiple software programs to resolve inquires.

+ Work on special field/market research projects, ncluding Aftermarket Business Development.

+ Train and educate branches in software use as well as general education of the parts ordering and distribution process.

+ Assist in maintaining the non-oem truck resource of parts and service manuals.

+ Support the development of a comprehensive knowledge base covering parts and technical documentation.

Qualifications

+ High School graduate or equivalent

+ 2-4 years related experience

+ Must have valid driving privileges
