Job Summary

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into data analytics solutions, and taking on a leadership role in executing projects requiring expertise in data analytics and relevant technologies. You will also serve as a resource to other data analysts to define and advance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

+ Drive data analytics initiatives and provide technical leadership for individual projects and deliverables.

+ Lead discussions across enterprise functions to leverage domain expertise and capabilities.

+ Coordinate with business process owners for SAP objects to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements.

+ Support data migration projects, including data mapping and validation processes.

+ Lead and assist with data validation efforts across multiple SAP objects.

+ Manage individual tasks independently and provide leadership for owned projects.

+ Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying data analytics concepts to real-world business challenges.

+ Apply expertise to select appropriate data analytics methods and tools for specific use cases.

+ Deliver presentations and communications that build data science credibility with medium-sized groups.

+ Lead root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting efforts.

+ Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable data analytics solutions.

+ Execute end-to-end data analytics projects: from problem definition to code/model validation and deployment.

Requirements

equired Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar technical discipline.

+ 4+ years of work experience.

+ Minimum 3 years of SQL experience (scripting, creating views/tables for dashboards).

+ Experience with complex SQL queries in fast-paced environments.

+ Skilled in data transformation, cleansing, relational database, and data modeling concepts.

+ Experience with SAP data structures and business process integration.

+ Knowledge of data governance concepts (definitions, calculations, sources, lineage).

+ Skilled in BI and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

•Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s or higher degree in a related discipline.

+ Experience with Power Query.

+ Experience with data migration projects and ETL processes.
