    About the Role

     

    As a Business Analyst II, you will design and implement scalable reporting platforms, define and track reliable metrics, and build self-service analysis tools to support the growing demand for data. Your work will have an immediate impact on business decision-making and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish relationships between multiple data sources.

    + Provide actionable insights to uncover product improvement opportunities.

    + Develop scripts to process data for business analysis, reporting, and optimization.

    + Generate composite queries to dive deep into business-related issues.

    + Build dashboards and reporting tools for compliance and performance tracking.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    + Proficiency in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts.

    + Strong experience with Tableau and other BI tools for dashboard development.

    + Advanced Excel skills.

    + Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service skills.
