Description We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in NetSuite to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing system processes, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and drive impactful changes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement strategic processes to improve system efficiency and ensure consistent data quality.
• Act as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing configurations, workflows, reports, and user roles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to enhance NetSuite functionality and resolve system issues.
• Lead process improvements for financial and operational workflows, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and revenue recognition.
• Manage system integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Avalara, and Bill, ensuring smooth data synchronization.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions and create thorough documentation for system processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations and coordinate solutions with vendors.
• Maintain detailed records of system architecture, integration logic, and software usage.
• Support vendor negotiations to optimize contracts and manage software costs effectively.
• Supervise IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in NetSuite administration or business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of finance workflows, inventory management, and order processing.
• Experience designing and supporting NetSuite integrations using middleware or APIs.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
• Preferred: NetSuite Administrator certification and experience in consumer packaged goods or e-commerce. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
