Description

We are seeking a Production Coordinator with a proactive, mission-first attitude to support our manufacturing operations. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone comfortable spending more time on the floor than behind a computer. The ideal candidate has experience both in a manufacturing environment and performing analytical tasks such as auditing and process improvement.

Responsibilities

+ Audit material on the floor for count and trace accuracy.

+ Perform root cause analysis when inventory is missing or inaccurate—investigate where items have gone and resolve discrepancies.

+ Support procurement and deployment of shop tools.

+ Partner with manufacturing teams to maintain area cleanliness.

+ Investigate root causes of material stock-outs and collaborate with supply chain on fulfillment expedites.

+ Monitor the production area for process improvement opportunities and own small projects to implement fixes.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Experience working on the floor in a manufacturing environment.

+ Background in auditing putaways, PO accuracy, cycle counts, and similar analytical tasks.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Proactive, mission-first mindset—comfortable in a dynamic, hands-on role
