Description

Our client is seeking a Health Information Systems Business Analyst to support reporting and data analysis across multiple departments, with a primary focus on operations and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or entry-level candidate with strong SQL skills and an interest in healthcare, public safety, or operational reporting.

What You’ll Do

+ Build and maintain reports used by operations, leadership, marketing, and other departments

+ Partner with field operations and dispatch teams to analyze and validate data

+ Support 911 compliance reporting, including identifying and resolving time discrepancies between crew documentation and dispatch records

+ Perform data validation and correction as needed to ensure accurate reporting

+ Create ad-hoc reports based on department needs

+ Review existing reports to determine what is useful, needed, or can be improved

+ Occasionally work with one-off Excel files, though most data comes directly from a SQL database

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

+ Working knowledge of SQL (primary requirement)

+ Experience with or exposure to Power BI or Tableau

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate data discrepancies

+ Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

+ Experience with healthcare, EMS, or public-sector data (not required)

+ Familiarity with compliance or operational reporting environments

Education & Experience Level

+ Entry-level candidates are welcome

+ Related degree is a plus but not required

Work Environment & Requirements

+ 100% onsite in Marietta, GA

+ Background check and drug screen required
