• Business Analyst

    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a Product Owner mindset to lead enterprise integration and last-mile delivery initiatives. This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep understanding of Agile practices, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions

    + Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

    + Own roadmap creation, backlog management, and UAT planning

    + Drive integrations across ERPs, telematics (Samsara), and dispatch systems (DispatchTrack)

    + Create data mapping and conversion documentation for system-to-system integrations

    + Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions in an Agile environment

    + Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

    Requirements

    + Enterprise Integration Experience: Worked on ERP and multi-system integration projects

    + Strong Facilitation Skills: Comfortable leading discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings

    + Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of SDLC, user stories, and backlog management

    + SQL Knowledge: Ability to write queries for data validation and UAT support

    + Data Mapping Experience: Familiarity with data warehouses, marts, and lakehouses

    + Product Owner Mindset: Ability to own end-to-end delivery and suggest process improvements

    + Excellent Communication: Can engage non-technical users and senior business leaders

    + Retail/Supply Chain Exposure: Understanding of last-mile delivery, POS, and logistics processes

    + Self-Starter: Works independently, creates roadmaps, and drives outcomes without hand-holding

     

    Nice to Have

     

    + Experience with Samsara and DispatchTrack

    + Worked in large enterprise environments (Cox, Coca-Cola, Delta, Turner, etc.)

    + Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, SAFe, or similar
