• Desktop Support Analyst

    Description

    We are seeking two reliable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technicians to support a critical, well-defined project focused on Microsoft Intune deployment and a company-wide hardware refresh. This is a hands-on, on-site role at a downtown Madison corporate office.

     

    The team has a solid process and clear project plan in place, and these resources will be dedicated solely to this effort with full team support.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deploy and configure devices using Microsoft Intune

    + Perform hardware refreshes, including device imaging and setup

    + Provide excellent, professional customer service to end users during device transitions

    + Follow established processes and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency

    + Support a deployment pace of approximately 20 devices per week, with team collaboration

    Required Qualifications

    + Strong experience with Windows environments

    + Hands-on background with desktop/laptop hardware, imaging, and device setup

    + Proven dependability and ability to follow a defined process

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work on-site, 40 hours per week

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Microsoft Intune (highly preferred, but not required)

    + Prior involvement in hardware refresh or large-scale device rollout projects

     

    Requirements • Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10.

     

    • Proficiency in desktop and laptop hardware setup, imaging, and configuration.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or similar device management platforms.

    • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

    • Proven ability to follow detailed processes and procedures.

    • Experience in large-scale hardware refresh or device rollout projects.

    • Knowledge of Active Directory and its applications in desktop environments.
