    We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise reporting and data integration solutions. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality dashboards, automated data pipelines, and operational reports that support decision‑making across the organization. Experience with Databricks is a plus, but not required.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI

    + Design, build, and maintain SSIS ETL packages for data integration

    + Create and manage SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

    + Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data structures

    + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting layers

    + Support Azure-based data workflows and cloud migration initiatives

    + Leverage Databricks for data transformation or analytics when applicable

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Hands-on experience with Power BI development

    + Strong SSIS development skills for ETL workflows

    + Experience building and maintaining SSRS reports

    + Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational data modeling

    + Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

    + Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Exposure to Databricks or modern cloud data platforms

    + Experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL

    + Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and star schema design

    + Background in enterprise reporting within energy or industrial sectors
