• Software Engineer

    Robert Half Technology (Hudson, OH)


    Description We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Hudson, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on critical backend integration projects in a regulated environment. The role involves collaborating with IT leadership and external vendors to design and implement solutions that meet compliance standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and process new file formats to support backend system integrations.

    • Modify existing jobs and scripts in .NET and SQL to align with updated requirements.

    • Enhance targeted applications within .NET for printing and skip tracing functionalities.

    • Implement file-based integrations to ensure seamless data processing.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a Windows-based environment.

    • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

    • Optimize SQL Server development processes and database performance.

    • Maintain security and compliance standards throughout all development activities.

    • Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and backend integrations.

    • Proficiency in .NET and SQL for application updates and data processing.

    • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and related development processes.

    • Familiarity with SFTP protocols and secure data transfers.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

    • Knowledge of Windows Server environments, including Server 2019/2022.

    • Ability to work in compliance-focused and regulated environments.
