Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will manage and maintain essential IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Active Directory, Windows environments, and Citrix technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory services to maintain user access and security.
• Oversee the administration of Windows servers to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Provide support and maintenance for Windows 10 systems across the organization.
• Manage and optimize Dell Technologies hardware to meet organizational needs.
• Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to support virtualization and remote access.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular updates and patches for operating systems and applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
• Document system configurations and procedures for future reference. Requirements • Hands-on experience with Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and configurations.
• Expertise in implementing and supporting Citrix technologies.
• Ability to monitor and resolve system performance issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
