    Robert half is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a client located in Culver City, CA. IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

    Day to Day:

    Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for end users across Windows and macOS environments

     

    Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues using a ticketing system

     

    Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment

     

    Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) including user accounts, groups, roles, and conditional access

     

    Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

     

    Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and access management

     

    Monitor and maintain endpoint security, updates, and patching across all devices

     

    Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT processes

     

    Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed

     

    Ensure adherence to security best practices and company IT policies

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role

    + Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS support

    + Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

    + Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

    + Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

    + Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk, etc.)

    + Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests
