    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent while fostering a collaborative work environment.

    • Supervise the lifecycle of products and services, ensuring updates, maintenance, and new releases are executed effectively.

    • Develop and execute technology plans that align with organizational priorities and IT service goals.

    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify solutions, define project scopes, and establish delivery timelines.

    • Allocate resources effectively to ensure projects meet customer expectations within budget and on schedule.

    • Introduce new practices and strategies to enhance operational performance and drive organizational success.

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts to balance cost and quality.

    • Perform additional tasks that contribute to the company's long-term objectives and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a related field.

    • Proficiency in Active Directory and backup technologies.

    • Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and computer hardware.

    • Expertise in configuration management and Agile methodologies.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.

    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and technology trends.
