    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements

    + Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    + Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
