    + Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

    + Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

    + Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and best practices.

    + Support digital tools, CRM platforms, and contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    + Skill in managing multiple inquiries or tasks, keeping accurate records, and supporting event or program logistics as needed.

    + Commitment to delivering a positive experience for all individuals served by the organization, demonstrating patience and understanding.

    + Comfort using CRM systems, donor management software, and basic office applications to document interactions and support outreach efforts.

    + Aptitude for resolving questions, concerns, or issues effectively and sensitively, with an awareness of the organization’s mission and resources.
