    Description

    We are looking for a Recruiter to join our client in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth and talent acquisition needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

    • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and align them with organizational needs.

    • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate documentation.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

    • Ensure compliance with corporate recruiting policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.

    Requirements

    • Strong expertise in corporate recruiting processes and strategies.

    • Demonstrated ability to source candidates effectively using diverse methods.

    • Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.

    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.

    • Prior experience in talent acquisition or candidate sourcing in staffing or corporate environments.
