Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Glendale, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and with professionalism. This is a fully on-site position, offering an excellent opportunity to build connections and provide outstanding support in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Direct tenants to the appropriate departments based on their needs and concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management systems and processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
• Utilize technology effectively to manage tenant records and track interactions.
• Build positive relationships with tenants to foster trust and reliability.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in resolving tenant complaints while adhering to company policies.
• Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and enhances tenant experience. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Familiarity with property management operations, including residential and commercial properties.
• Proficiency in using Yardi software or similar property management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
