    Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

     

    We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent support to our clients in both Spanish and English.

    Responsibilities:

    + Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in both languages.

    + Assist with order processing, account updates, and product/service information.

    + Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.

    + Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer needs.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).

    + Previous customer service experience preferred.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
