Description

+ Assist with daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance scheduling, and vendor communications.

+ Support compliance efforts with HUD, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and all relevant affordable housing regulations.

+ Help facilitate annual recertifications and maintain accurate resident eligibility documentation.

+ Assist with budgeting processes, invoice approvals, and preparation of routine financial and property reports.

+ Respond to resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner, promoting a positive living environment.

+ Maintain thorough and organized property records and support timely reporting as required.

+ Help organize and conduct move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit turnovers.

+ Support onsite staff, participating in training and team communication as directed.

+ Assist with resident activities and engagement initiatives in partnership with community organizations.

Requirements

+ Previous experience in property management, especially in affordable housing or related fields.

+ Working knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit compliance preferred.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency with property management software or willingness to learn.

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

+ Dedication to serving diverse populations in a mission-driven community setting.
