Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coordinating programs and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for managing timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the setup of new program sites and ensure smooth operations.

• Organize and lead regular meetings with service providers and key stakeholders.

• Disseminate organizational policies to staff, partners, and program participants.

• Conduct orientations for newly onboarded staff to familiarize them with program protocols.

• Act as a primary liaison to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Ensure consistent communication between service providers and organizational staff.

• Oversee staff registration processes and ensure proper identification measures are in place.

• Coordinate efforts with homeless service providers and other stakeholders to meet program objectives. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector.

• Proven ability to manage timelines and schedules effectively.

• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent communication skills to maintain collaboration among diverse groups.

• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

• Proficiency in master scheduling and coordination.

• Ability to work on-site and adapt to evolving needs.
