    Description

    We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Benefits Coordinator to support our team in Los Angeles, California. This contract position focuses on benefits administration and requires expertise in BambooHR alongside a strong understanding of employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes while providing assistance to employees regarding benefits and compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

    • Manage open enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    • Maintain employee records and generate reports using BambooHR.

    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies with clear and detail-oriented communication.

    • Support the implementation and rollout of new benefits programs or changes to existing plans.

    • Perform administrative tasks such as document management, record keeping, and reporting.

    • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits data and timely processing.

    • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

    • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information.

    • Monitor HR compliance and address any issues related to benefits or policies.

     

    Requirements • Hands-on experience with BambooHR and other HRIS platforms.

     

    • Proven expertise in benefits administration and open enrollment processes.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees and vendors.

    • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in record keeping and reporting.

    • Familiarity with HR compliance regulations and best practices.

    • Knowledge of onboarding processes and employee compensation structures.
