    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant on a long-term contract basis in Louisville, Kentucky. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. You will play a vital role in supporting daily operations while collaborating with team members both onsite and remotely. This is a hybrid role, with initial training conducted onsite before transitioning to a mix of in-office and remote work. Business hours for the Administrative Assistant are Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Verify wire transfers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

    • Generate and review basic reports to support business operations.

    • Assist with general reconciliation tasks.

    • Manage data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.

    • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

    • Support daily office functions to ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in administrative support roles.

    • Background, education, or experience in finance or accounting would be helpful, but not required.

    • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Comfortable handling receptionist duties and inbound calls.

    • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

    • Appearance that reflects attention to detail, suitable for both onsite and virtual settings.
