Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the organization while honing your customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and courteously to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and attention to detail.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests efficiently while striving for customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and thorough information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
• Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department as necessary.
• Achieve and exceed daily performance targets, including metrics for call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and detail-oriented approach to foster trust and rapport with customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
• Stay updated on company offerings, procedures, and tools to provide informed assistance to customers.
The salary range for this position is $18 to $18. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including the ability to adapt to varying shifts.
• Comfortable working in a call center or office environment, including extended periods of sitting and headset use. TalentMatch®
