    Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this Contract to permanent employment position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal teams alike. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact by attracting top talent, managing recruitment pipelines, and fostering positive relationships throughout the hiring process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and overseeing preboarding activities.

    • Develop compelling job postings and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

    • Facilitate recruitment events and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the organization's employer brand.

    • Conduct applicant screening and background checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

    • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder to streamline hiring processes.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the recruitment cycle.

    • Assist with benefit functions and onboarding to ensure a positive initial employee experience.

    • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.

    • Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates and employees during the hiring process.

    • Uphold compliance with company policies and employment regulations at all stages of recruitment. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or recruitment.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with recruitment tools like CareerBuilder.

    • Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and manage applicant screening effectively.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and time management.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding candidate and employee experiences.
