    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide outstanding customer service to both Spanish and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

    + Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally

    + Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

    + Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed

    + Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to better assist customers

    + Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality assurance standards

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

    + Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred

    + Proficient computer and data entry skills

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting

    + Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
