    Description

    Our client, a leading company in the technology sector, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support their dynamic and innovative team. This role requires a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive HR support across key functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

    + Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related queries and resolve workplace issues.

    + Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.

    + Support the rollout and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience.

    + Help drive the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices.

    + Stay current with employment laws and ensure HR processes comply with all relevant regulations.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    + Proven experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.

    + Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

    + Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
