    Description

    Our company is seeking a welcoming and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and eager to provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees alike.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner

    + Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently

    + Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

    + Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support tasks

    + Maintain a clean and organized reception area

    + Support various departments with clerical duties as needed

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
