    Robert Half Office Team (Mountain View, CA)


    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists

    + Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation and labeling are completed accurately

    + Operate shipping software and maintain records of shipments and receipts

    + Update and maintain inventory databases, reporting discrepancies to management

    + Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipment issues

    + Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and safety standards

    + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed

    + Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and other stockroom activities

    + Follow company policies and relevant shipping regulations

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus

    + Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work preferred

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability

    + Good verbal and written communication skills

    + Forklift certification is an asset
