Description We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can actively contribute to process improvements, policy evaluations, and hands-on HR support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to drive impactful initiatives and provide day-to-day operational assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance existing HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review current HR documentation and policies to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop frameworks and strategies to address organizational needs and ensure compliance.
• Provide hands-on support in executing HR projects and managing daily tasks.
• Assist in employee relations and investigations to resolve workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to support performance management initiatives.
• Offer insights and recommendations to strengthen HR practices and policies.
• Work directly with employees and management to address HR-related issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure thorough documentation of policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations, including handling investigations and resolving workplace issues.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and administrative procedures.
• Expertise in performance management processes and strategies.
• Ability to analyze and improve HR documentation and frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving HR-related challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
