Description

We are looking for a motivated Enrollment Specialist to join a team in Apopka, Florida. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting administrative operations and ensuring smooth enrollment processes. This position requires strong customer service capabilities, attention to detail, and a passion for assisting families and students in navigating educational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to families and students throughout the enrollment process.

• Accurately input and manage data related to enrollment and student records.

• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure compliance with educational institution policies.

• Communicate effectively with bilingual families, particularly those who speak Spanish or Creole.

• Support public school enrollment procedures and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Utilize computer systems to maintain and update accurate enrollment information.

• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes.

• Stay informed about local and state educational requirements to guide families appropriately.

• Demonstrate energy and professionalism while engaging with diverse communities.

Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within educational institutions.

• Proficiency in computer data entry and administrative tasks.

• Familiarity with public school systems and enrollment procedures.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Creole is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Knowledge of local and state education policies is a plus.
