Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Provo, Utah. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and secure top talent for various corporate positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and interviewing, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for corporate roles.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for open positions.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate data efficiently.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.

• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the hiring process.

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various methods.

• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications effectively.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.

• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
