Description We are looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project operations by managing schedules, budgets, and administrative tasks. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with project managers and contribute to the success of various initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Manage budgeting processes and track project expenses.
• Organize and facilitate logistics for meetings, including arranging conference rooms and conference calls.
• Record detailed meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of presentations for project updates.
• Support project teams by ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Utilize industry best practices and procedures to drive project success.
• Provide administrative support to project leaders and managers.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project planning processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in managing logistics, including scheduling meetings and conference calls.
• Ability to prepare well-structured presentations and meeting materials.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
